Daunted by your own resolution......?

We're pretty sure that you keen bean Student Alpha types will be full of new year's resolutions and plans for 2012 - so much so, that we're also sure that "Res-Fatigue" (as we're calling it here at Student Alpha Towers) is an ever present danger.

We know this because we've already hit it......yes we got overexcited about the new shiny Student Alpha DVD that hit our desks today, and yes we felt the only appropriate way to celebrate was with a lot of cakes.......on day 5 of the 'no cakes thanks' res.......

So we did what any sensible team would do, we picked ourselves up, wiped the icing from our faces, and remembered it's all about one starfish at a time. Ok, so not in resisting cakes (although quite helpful) but in the other things we're trying to do - perhaps there's a change that you want to make, a new area that you want to get involved with and help on, a friend in need.....and perhaps it all seems a bit overwhelming?
